Hello! I’m Gina

Nutritional Therapist Practitioner

I am a passionate believer in the healing power of whole foods. My goal is to help others revitalize their health so they can live a full and joyful life!

My husband and I live in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho. We love living among nature and enjoying the wonders of creation. Before moving to Idaho, I studied Dance and Psychology at Loyola Marymount University. I had a wonderful career as a professional dancer until an injury and poor health forced me to retire. Although devastating at the time, my own health struggles led me to a new passion for nutrition.

After the injury, my own health hit rock bottom. I struggled with severe heartburn, indigestion, adrenal fatigue, acne, brain fog, hormone imbalances, and chronic pain (just to name a few). Traditional medicine failed me, like it fails so many others, so I decided to take a natural and holistic approach to my health. I decided to try nutritional therapy and radically changed my diet, the results were incredible! All my symptoms resolved and I regained my energy, motivation, and thirst for life!

My experience was so powerful that I decided to devote my work to helping others nourish themselves and regain their vitality. Food is so powerful! Every time you eat, you have the ability to help or hurt yourself. The SAD (standard American diet) has failed us and left us sick, tired, and overweight. Don’t loose hope, your body has the ability to heal and thrive! Nutritional therapy changed my life and it can change yours as well!

My Philosophy

I believe in a bio-individual approach to nutrition. There is no one-size-fits-all diet. My goal is to evaluate your currents symptoms and create a plan & protocol that is perfectly tailored to your unique nutritional needs!

I believe our bodies have the ability to heal and thrive if they are properly nourished. When you start eating a properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole food diet, you can truly heal and regain your vitality.

I believe big changes are possible! If you are ready to make changes and reach your health goals, I am here help. I will guide you and support you every step of the way.

A nutrient dense, properly prepared, whole food diet will provide you with the nutrients you need to nourish yourself on a cellular level. Whole foods are powerful and give us everything we need to survive and thrive.

Digestion

We are what we absorb, not what we eat! A healthy digestive system is fundamental to your health. The system must be working from top to bottom in order for you to absorb all the wonderful nutrients in your whole food diet.

Blood Sugar Regulation

Blood sugar dysregulation is an epidemic in America! Supporting a healthy blood sugar system will give you consistent energy, reduce inflammation, and promote healthy weight management.

Fatty Acid Balance

Eating a good variety of healthy fats is crucial for health & wellness. Boosting and balancing your fatty acid intake will reduce inflammation, increase your energy, reduce body weight, and support hormone health! They also taste amazing!

Minerals

Minerals are essential for numerous functions of the body and must be obtained from our food & water. Increasing your mineral intake through a nutrient-dense, whole food diet will support your physical & mental health.

Hydration

Water is the most important nutrient in the body and it is also the most deficient nutrient in Americans. Water has numerous roles in the body, including cushioning our bones & joints and empowering our body’s natural healing process.
